Polyamide filter cages

Dust collector filter cages made of reinforced Polyamide (PA) are structurally very strong cages exhibiting high resistance to high temperatures and frequent regeneration (cleaning) of the dust collector. Polyamide is a material with high mechanical resistance, and therefore is insensitive to high overpressures and underpressures generated in the dust collector.

Cages made of polyamide feature modular construction and the same method of locking the elements using latches.
A single cage segment consists of two fitted elements joined together.
The joining of the elements is extremely simple. 10 assembly pins and holes are very well fitted.
Therefore, the assembly of even long support cages takes a very short time. Specialized tools are also not required.

Bottom lid - Bottom Closure of the Support Cage:

This modification was a response to the expectations of some of our Clients.
Overpressures and underpressures generated in a dry industrial dust collector can cause excessive wear of filter bags and eventually their abrasion during intensive operation.
To prevent this, it is possible to close the support cages at the bottom, using protective lids that secure the cage edges.
The installation of lids closing the bottom part of the support cage is exhibited using flanges, which are a component of the cage segment. Each closing lid is equipped with a female socket, allowing rigid and secure connection of the component elements of the support cage.
